<br />3. The Commission has caused to be made a complete list of <br />the benefits and assessments setting forth each lot or tract of <br />land assessed, the amount each lot or tract is benefitted by the <br />improvement, and the amount assessed against each such lot or tract <br />of land; that each of said lots or tracts of land is hereby <br />assessed the amount shown on said assessment list. <br /> <br />4. The list has been completed and there has been attached <br />thereto a Certificate signed by all of the members of the Special <br />Assessment Commission certifying that the same is a true and <br />correct assessment of the property therein described to the best of <br />their judgment and stating the several items of expense included in <br />the assessment. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Commissioner Gust. On roll call, the following <br />commissioners voted in favor of said Resolution: Wieland and Gust. <br />No one voted against the Resolution so the motion carried and the <br />Resolution was duly adopted. <br /> <br />It was moved by CommissionerB'Wieland and seconded by <br />Commissioner Gust that the assessment list for Street Improvement <br />District No. 2004-1 be published in The Forum, the official <br />newspaper of Cass County, and that the Commission meet on the 7th <br />day of September, 2005, at 1: 00 p.m. in the County Commission <br />Chambers of the Cass County Courthouse, 211 Ninth Street South, in <br />the City of Fargo, to hear objections made to any assessment by any <br />interested party, his agent or attorney.
