The Commission has caused to be made a complete list of the benefits and assessments setting forth each lot or tract of land assessed, the amount each lot or tract is benefitted by the improvement, and the amount assessed against each such lot or tract of land; that each of said lots or tracts of land is hereby assessed the amount shown on said assessment list. 4. The list has been completed and there has been attached thereto a Certificate signed by all of the members of the Special Assessment Commission certifying that the same is a true and correct assessment of the property therein described to the best of their judgment and stating the several items of expense included in the assessment. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Commissioner Gust. On roll call, the following commissioners voted in favor of said Resolution: Wieland and Gust. No one voted against the Resolution so the motion carried and the Resolution was duly adopted. It was moved by CommissionerB'Wieland and seconded by Commissioner Gust that the assessment list for Street Improvement District No. 2004-1 be published in The Forum, the official newspaper of Cass County, and that the Commission meet on the 7th day of September, 2005, at 1: 00 p.m. in the County Commission Chambers of the Cass County Courthouse, 211 Ninth Street South, in the City of Fargo, to hear objections made to any assessment by any interested party, his agent or attorney. On roll call, Wieland and Gust voted aye, no one voted nay, so the motion carried.
