The land <br />purchased this year is subject to the owners and/or operators being able to <br />remove the 2003 crop. Questions have arisen about leasing the land for next <br />year and future years. <br /> <br />I have asked Frank Klein to determine what farmland rents for in the area <br />south of Fargo and also to check out the costs of using a farm management <br />service to manage a lease of farmland.
