This donation program
saved time for our Information Services staff over the previous policy of auctioning
off the excess equipment to our employees.

I would like to use this donation method of disposing of 61 computers and 10
monitors that are no longer used by Cass County. The hard drive on these
computers has been wiped clean, as we do not transfer any operating system with
the computers.

Sincerely,

Michael Montplaisir, CPA
County Auditor

SUGGESTED MOTION:
Move to authorize the county auditor to dispose of outdated computer equipment
by making a donation to Rape and Abuse Crisis Center and to InternetSeniors, both
non-profit organizations.

Box 2806
211 Ninth Street South
Fargo, North Dakota 58103

\\Cc-data\auditorXA U DITOR~ISXlntemet Seniors.doc

FAX 701.241.5728
