KBERNDT282-2226~ <br />STATES ATTORNEY SIGNATURE: <br />STATES ATTORNEY COMMENTS: <br /> <br />PORTFOLIO COMMISSIONER SIGNATURE: <br /> <br />NOTE: I request that the Commission authorize the chairman to sign a contract <br />with Airborne Custom Spraying to spray mosquitoes in those rural subdivisions <br />outside of the city limits of Fargo or West Fargo but within 2-3 miles of the city <br />limits.
