<br />Commission Minutes--September 6, 2005 2977 <br /> <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mr. Pawluk moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to refer back to the original <br />Cass County Highway 17 Memorandum of Agreement with the City of <br />West Fargo with a change being reflected in the county contribution of <br />one-half of the local cost of the 32nd Avenue bridge replacement, up to a <br />maximum of $100,000, and restoring the provision that West Fargo agree <br />to pay up to $250,000 toward future Cass 17 and 52nd Avenue intersection <br />improvements. On roll call vote, the motion carried with four members <br />voting "Aye" and Mr. Bennett opposing. <br /> <br />15. VOUCHERS, Approved <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to approve Voucher No. <br />200,179 through No. 200,666. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />16. ELECTION UPDATE, Committee report <br />Mr. Montplaisir said the county will receive partial funding in the amount of approximately <br />$50,000 for election equipment in his 2006 budget. He also referred to preparations being <br />complete for the City of Fargo special election on Tuesday, September 13th. <br /> <br />17. CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed <br />MOTION, passed <br />Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Wagner seconded to receive and file <br />correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: letter from the <br />United States Department of the Interior regarding public review of the <br />Red River Valley Water Supply Project Draft Environmental Impact <br />Statement and issuance of the final report. Motion carried. <br /> <br />18.
