In regards to Ms. Wilcox's presentation at the Equalization Board meeting on Monday, <br />June 2, 2003, she indicated two letters had been sent to us to contact her office to set up <br />an appointment for an in-home assessment. During our visit to the assessor's office, the <br />secretary located our file on Ms. Wilcox's desk for our review. We did not find copies of <br />the alleged letters. However, we did see letters to this effect in some of those files we <br />reviewed for the other 31 homes. Therefore, we are not convinced the letters were ever <br />sent to us. <br /> <br />In closing, we ask that you please review and duly note the inequities and disparities <br />between the true and full values assessed to our property and those in the surrounding <br />area based on the information we have supplied for you.
