Additional purchase orders for Highway Department, Vector Control equipment <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign a purchase order for a Phoenix 1800D sprayer <br />in the amount of $6,900.00 from B & G Chemical for the Highway Department. This is <br />a budgeted item for 2003 for Vector Control. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign a purchase order for two Arctic Cat ATV's from <br />McLaughlin Enterprises in the amount of $10,500.00 for the Highway Department, <br />Vector Control. Funding will be provided by the recent 2003 budget increase approved <br />by the commission for Vector Control. <br /> <br />fo <br /> <br />Contract approval--add Sheriff's Department Traffic Safety Contract with the North Dakota <br />Department of Transportation <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: <br />Move to authorize the chairman to sign a contract with the North Dakota Department of <br />Transportation for grant funding for a Galaxy RT50 Display Radar Trailer to be used by <br />the Sheriff's Department, subject to State's Attorney approval; and approve the <br />necessary budget adjustment. <br /> <br /> REGULAR AGENDA: <br /> <br />2b.
