It is our intent to apply for these funds which would provide 50% of <br />the cost of each vest approved under the federal program. <br /> <br />I would ask that the commission approve our making application on behalf of <br />Cass County and that I be allowed to electronically submit the application and <br />all subsequent electronic filings. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />Move to authorize Glenn Ellingsberg, Sheriffs Office, to proceed with <br />the electronic application for the 2005 Edward Byrne Memorial Justice <br />Assistance Grant on behalf of Cass County and all subsequent <br />electronic filings which may be required during the grant period. <br /> <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />Cass County Jail 45034 Sf S - Fargo, ND 58103 <br />
