The plat is located in <br />Davenport Township, Section 33. The intended use of the subdivision is to <br />create 12 lots, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Davenport Township has indicated the plat has met their zoning <br />requirement. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />. being forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />Upon approval, the applicant will begin construction of the road and <br />dnlinage system, once completed, as-built plans will be provided to the <br />County Engineer for review, if the road and drainage was constructed <br />correctly the applicant will be allowed to record Bison View First <br />Addition. <br /> <br />The applicant will also sign a developer's agreement detailing the timeline <br />requirements for the completion of Bison View Second Addition as well <br />as necessitating the construction of a permanent turnaround if the second <br />addition is not completed. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Bison View First and Second <br />Addition Subdivisions, Section 33, Township 137N, Range 51 Win Cass <br />County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-EngICommission Corrspl2005 Commission CorrespondencelConsen!
