I would ask that our income and expenditure <br />line items be increased by that amount to reflect those <br />changes. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />Move to authorize the budget adjustment of <br />$6,912.00 to the revenue account 101-3501-421.55-05 <br />and $6,912.00 to the expense account 101-3502- <br />421.74-06. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions, please call. <br /> <br />Respectfully, <br /> <br />Capt.
