The plat is located in <br />Harmony Township, section 17. The intended use is to separate some of the <br />buildings from the remaining farm complex. The applicant does not <br />anticipate additional construction or near term sale of the property being <br />split. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission recommended approval of the proposed <br />subdivision. The zoning requirements of the township board have been <br />met.
