Our request is on behalf of Youthworks, a non-profit <br />that has been providing juvenile services in our area for a number of <br />years and works very closely with Juvenile Court. Due to reduced JAIBG <br />funding, our coalition and Youthworks are seeking Title V funds to <br />continue programs that would be cut. <br /> <br />Title V does require a local match but Youthworks has the necessary non- <br />federal match dollars so there will be no match required directly from <br />Cass County. <br /> <br />You may also wish to contact Mary Hall, Juvenile Court Supervisor, should <br />you have any questions concerning Youthworks or their programs. <br /> <br />Sample Motion: <br /> <br />"Move to approve <br />Youthworks under <br />Act." <br /> <br />the 2005 application for funding on behalf of <br />the Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention <br /> <br />~'Y' <br /> <br /> <br />Major Glenn D.
