<br />RESOLUTION RECORD <br /> <br />RESOLUTJON ALLOWING CU\IMS & ORDERING PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County Auditory Michael Montplaisir, has audited and the <br />departments have approved the roHowing claims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the- County of Cass; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, -be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the follOWIng bills and claims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the followin.g funds; <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br />authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above claims from the respective funds <br />as herein indicated, and that the County JD..uditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br />execute and deliver such warrants. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing reSOlution was offered at a regu!~r meeting of the <br />County Commissioners held on the ibJ day of r I I ~ by Commissioner <br />.J ;>1-"'/" f-f-l , who moved its adoption, wa seconded by Commi~sioner <br />(' u ,- i.{ I't../ , and adopted by the fa flowing vote: <br /> <br />~; <br />Ayes: .~ <br />Nays: ~ <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />/11i!fi!r~ <br />County Au itor <br />
