No wetlands or manmade features are present on the land. <br /> <br />Land Development Rights <br />The quarter-quarter section is currently undeveloped. Section 308 of the Cass County Subdivision Ordinance <br />states that evert quarter-quarter section is granted one (1) Development Right to create a buildable lot. The <br />proposed development would be entitled to one development right and would not require the transfer of <br />additional development rights. <br /> <br />
