The plat is located in Wiser <br />Township, Section 18. The intended use of the subdivision is to create one <br />lot, for residential development. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission is recommending approval of the new proposed <br />plat. Wiser Township has indicated their board will approve the plat and I <br />fully expect the county will receive the certified letter prior to the County <br />Commission meeting. The County Sanitarian has also approved on-site <br />septic for the lot and the North Cass Water Resource Board was forwarded <br />a copy of the plat and we expect their board will not object to the <br />subdivision. Therefore, the Planning Commission recommendation is <br />being forwarded to the County Commission Board for action. <br /> <br />SUGGESTED MOTION: I move that the Cass County Board of <br />Commissioners grant Final Plat approval for Bjerke's First Subdivision, <br />Section 18, Township 142N, Range 49W in Cass County, North Dakota. <br /> <br />J:\Admin-Eng\Commission Corrsp\2005 Commission Correspondence\Consent Agenda Item Bjerkes First Subd 081505.doc <br />
