<br />NOTICE FOR WEED CUTTING <br /> <br />In accordance with the North Dakota Century Code, it is the duty of <br />landowners or operators with land adjoining regularly traveled <br />county and township highways to mow weeds and grasses on the said <br />road right of way. The cutting shall be performed by the owner or <br />operator between August 30 and October I, 2005. The minimum cut <br />width shall be 12 feet from the edge of the roadway. The maximum <br />height of the remaining stubble shall be six inches.
