<br /> 5, In the employment of labor, other things bein~ ~qual. preference shall be given to honorably discharged Veter~s of the
<br />Arm.ed Force, arid bona ~d~ North Dakota resid~, as determin~:l by NDCC Section 43-07-20,

<br /> 6, The Co~.tr~ctor shall begin construction, work when so ordered by t~g Cass Coun.ty Highway Department and shall maintain
<br />at all times tb.ereon a maximum and eftSci.emt working force nec~ary to complete the work wi.thin the time =smblish~xt by this contract.
