Snowmobile North Dakota Member Club <br /> <br />II, Grant Fund Usage Examples (Can include, but not limited to) <br /> <br /> A. Warming House <br /> <br /> B. Trail Safety & Improvement <br /> <br /> C. Public Awareness of Trail System (Trail Head Signs) <br /> <br /> D. Enhance Community or Charity Project <br /> <br /> 1. Purchase advertising for Charity event <br /> <br /> 2. Purchase equipment used at Fund Raiser <br /> <br />III. Grant Amount <br /> <br /> A, Determined by Snowmobile North Dakota Board of Directors <br /> <br /> B, Limited to three (3) projects per year <br /> <br /> C. Amount based on Fund availability ~ <br /> <br /> D. Maximum amount will cover 70% of total project cost <br /> <br />IV. Grant Dispersal <br /> <br /> A. Entries must be submitted in writing to Snowmobile North Dakota by October 22 of <br /> each year. <br /> <br /> B. Recipients must return invoices or proof of grant money use PRTOR to payment. <br /> <br /> C.
