Commission Minutes--April 7, 2003 2580 <br /> <br />22. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE, Received and filed MOTION, passed <br /> Mrs. Sorum moved and Mr. Vanyo seconded to receive and file <br /> correspondence outlined by the secretary as follows: Motion carried. <br /> <br />North Dakota State Water Commission invitation to submit a funding application to the <br />Flood Mitigation Assistance Program; <br />North Dakota Insurance Reserve Fund notice of conferment of benefits; <br />letter from Attorney John T. Goff representing a group of citizens concerned about <br />the jail and sheriff's residence demolition and financing a future building at the site; <br />copy of letter from Representative Merle Boucher requesting an Attorney General's <br />opinion and copy of a letter to the Attorney General from State's Attorney Birch <br />Burdick regarding financing county building projects; <br />letter from North Dakota Department of Transportation regarding reduction in city and <br />county federal funds through repeat offender requirements. <br /> <br />23.
