The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, May 8th, 2003, beginning at 10:30 a.m., at the Ramkota Inn, 800 South 3rd Street, Bismarck, ND. The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect representatives to the NDIRF Board of Directors and to discuss other business as may properly come before the meeting. A copy of the minutes of the 2002 Annual Meeting is enclosed. The number of votes to which you are entitled is indicated at the top of this page. You may cast your votes regarding NDIRF business and/or election of directors either in person, at the Annual Meeting, or by signing and returning the enclosed proxy. For those members represented by a NDIRF Board Member whose term expires as of the end of the 2003 Annual Meeting, the proxy includes your directions regarding election of a NDIRF Board Member. In order for your proxy to be effective, it must be received by the NDIRF no later than May 7th, 2003. If you will not be able to attend the 2003 NDIRF Annual Meeting, please sign and return your proxy today. The NDIRF invites all members to a hosted luncheon following the Annual Meeting. In order to get an accurate count of the number of people who will be attending the luncheon, we request that you complete and return the enclosed RSVP form prior to the Annual Meeting. Thank you.
