The Provider shall save and hold harmless the CCSSB, its officers, agents, employees, and members, from all claims, suits, or actions of whatsoever nature resulting from or arising out of the activities of the Provider or its agents or employees under this agreement. XXV. INTEGRATION AND MODIFICATION: This contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Provider and the CCSSB. No alteration, amendment or modification in the provisions of this agreement shall be effective unless it is reduced to writing, signed by the parties and attached hereto. XXVI. COLLATERAL CONTRACTS: Where there exists any inconsistency between this agreement and other provisions of collateral contractual agreements which are made a part of this agreement by reference or otherwise, the provisions of this agreement shall control. XXVII. NON-DISCRIMINATION: The CCSSB makes available all services and assistance without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, age, sex, or handicap, and is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
