Bos 2806 <br />Fargo, ND 58108-2806 <br /> <br />RE: Budget Adjustment <br /> <br />For the calendar year 2003 I budgeted for a new file system/room under code <br />215-5070-444.74-02, however, I failed to budget sufficient funds for new standard <br />office supplies for the new lateral file system. The new file system will require all new <br />file folders and labels as listed on the attached quote from the Peirce Company. <br /> <br />I, therefore request a budget adjustment of $1,988.00, under code 215-5070- <br />444.61-01, office supplies.
