TECHNICAL ADVISORY GROUP RECOMMENDATION <br />TAG_CONTRACTINGRECOMMENDATION_MFDA-HMG-TO09A16_2016-11011 3 <br />DISCUSSION: <br />This additional scope and budget allocation accounts for the HMG actual level of effort required for model <br />geometry and hydrograph updates, updates of the historical, tributary, Red River, and extreme event models after <br />recalibration, floodplain mapping of revised model events, updates to the Phase 8 model report, and QA/QC <br />review of the work. A more detailed scope of work is included in attached DRAFT Task Order 9 Amendment 16. <br />The HMG cost proposal for this work is attached. The proposal includes 904 hours of labor to complete the work, <br />which is an average of approximately $130/hour for the proposed cost of $119,426.
