<br />4. Cost Estimate – prepare a cost estimate for the <br />project based on the 35 percent and 95 percent <br />submittal documents. <br />5. Operation and Maintenance Plan – prepare draft <br />O&M Plan for review by the Owner, PMC, and <br />USACE. Incorporate review comments and prepare <br />final O&M Plan. <br />6. Bid Document Development – incorporate 95 <br />percent review comments into the design <br />documents and assist the PMC with development of <br />bid documents. <br />c. Deliverables: <br />i. ROW Acquisition including Appraisals, Title Searches, Title <br />Opinions, Deeds <br />i.iv. Bid documents and bidding services <br />ii. Upstream Staging Area Ring Levees: <br />1. Provide support as defined below and as requested in writing. Types of <br />requests may include: <br />a. Respond to information requests by affected residences and develop <br />information for presentations or public meetings. <br />b. Conduct a geotechnical site visit(s) of the levee site(s) to observe <br />surface features and, if requested, conduct subsurface investigations. <br />c. Determine existing utilities and utility relocation requirements. <br />d. Begin conceptual design of the levees and/or floodwalls and <br />floodgates, interior layout (which may include street layout, storm <br />water sewer, storage, and lift station sizing, house relocation planning, <br />and golf course layout), and external infrastructure (road raises for <br />egress). <br />2. Oxbow/Hickson/Bakke – Ring Levee Evaluation: <br />a. Prepare a proposed ring levee system to reduce flood risk to <br />Oxbow/Hickson/Bakke, ND during operation of the Diversion Project <br />and staging of water.
