<br />Deliverables: <br />i. Updated database of parcel status. <br />ii. Monthly report outlining land management activities performed and land acquisition <br />status. Report costs for appraisals and property acquisition on a parcel basis. Identify <br />appraisal and acquisition costs seperately. <br />iii. Draft Real-Estate Opinion of Cost <br />iv. Draft Summary Report <br />3. Owner's Responsibilities <br />Owner shall have those responsibilities set forth in Article 2 and in Exhibit B. <br />4. Times for Rendering Services <br />Phase Start Time Completion Time <br />All Work March 8, 2012 September 30, 2014 <br />5. Payments to Engineer <br />A. Owner shall pay Engineer for services rendered as follows: <br />i. Compensation for services identified under Subtasks A through G shall be on a Time and <br />Material basis in accordance with the Standard Hourly Rates shown in Appendix 2 of <br />Exhibit C of the Agreement. <br />ii. The total compensation for services identified under the Task Order for Subtasks A <br />through G is not-to-exceed $448,100 as defined in the table below. <br />iii. Estimated budgets for Subtask B, Perform Appraisals, and Subtask E, Property <br />Acquisition, are based on an allowance. <br />a. Engineer will notify Owner when eighty percent (80%) of the budget on Subtask <br />B, Perform Appraisals, and Subtask E, Property Acquisition, is expended. <br />b. Engineer will prepare and submit an amendment for additional compensation <br />when ninety percent (90%) of budget on Subtask B, Perform Appraisals, and <br />Subtask E, Property Acquisition, is expended. <br />c. Engineer will not perform work beyond one hundred percent (100%) of the <br />budget for Subtask B, Perform Appraisals, and Subtask E, Property Acquisition, <br />without Owner’s authorization by an amendment to this Task Order. <br />HMG_TO-06-A4_Long.docx 4
