Memorandum <br /> <br />To: <br />From: <br />Re: <br />Date: <br /> <br />Cass County Commission <br />Kathy Hogan <br />Contract Approval <br />December 27, 2003 <br /> <br />At the December Social Service Board, the Board approved two contracts for 2003. The <br />first is a continuation contract for the purchase of Home Health Aide (Personal Care) <br />services from the Fargo Cass Public Health Board. This contract was anticipated and <br />included in the 2003 social service budget. <br /> <br />The second contract is with the Dakota Medical Foundation for the implementation of the <br />Enrollment Assistance Program to provide off site enrollment assistance for Children and <br />Families eligible for Medicaid and Healthy Steps (Special Children's Health insurance <br />Program). This project was not directly budgeted in the 2003 budget but a 100% line <br />item was included in the budget. This project will be 100% funded. <br /> <br />Proposed motions: <br /> <br />I move the approval of the Fargo Cass Public Health contract as recommended. <br /> <br />I move the approval of the Dakota Medical Foundation grant contract as recommended <br />and the appropriate 2003 budget adjustment using 100% grant funded dollars. <br /> <br /> <br />
