We have needed a new asset system for several years and, with the <br />implementation of GASB 34, a new asset management system is more important <br />than ever. After studying several software packages, we concluded that the HTE <br />package would best suit our needs and this software will interface with our general <br />ledger, purchasing and inventory and work order modules. <br /> <br />Attached is a purchase requisition for the software, training and annual support and <br />a copy of the service invoice from HTE in the amount of $9,180.00.
