COUNTY DEED <br /> <br />This indenture made this 6th day of January, 2003, between the County of Cass, North Dakota, <br />party of the first part, and City of Page, Page, ND 58064, party of the second part, witnesseth: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the real property hereinafter described was acquired by the county through tax deed <br />proceedings for the nonpayment of taxes levied and extended against said property for the years <br />1997 to 2001 inclusive, with interest and penalties, and an estimate of 2002 taxes, amounting to <br />the sum of Four thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00) dollars; WHEREAS, said real property was <br />offered for sale, and sold, pursuant to authority to law, on the 6th day of January, 2003, and at <br />said sale, said second party became the pumhaser of the whole thereof, for the sum of One and <br />no/100 ($1.00) dollars, which has been paid in full; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the said county as party of the first part, in consideration of the premises, <br />and pursuant to authority of law, hereby assigns, that certain real property situated in Cass <br />County, North Dakota, described as follows, to wit: <br /> <br />Original Townsite to the City of Page <br />Block 18:W¼ of Lot 11 (Eleven) and all of Lot 12 (Twelve) except the South 35.31' of said <br />Lots 11 (Eleven) and Twelve (12) <br /> <br />Tax Parcel Number: 05-0100-01265-010 <br /> <br />To have and to hold the above described real property with all of the appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging to the said party of the second part, City of Page, heirs and assigns forever. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF Scott Wagner and Michael Montplaisir, as chairman of the board of <br />county commissioners and county auditor, respectively, of said county, hereby do set their hands <br />the day and year first above written and do cause the seal of said county to be affixed thereto. <br /> <br />Cass County, North Dakota <br /> <br />SEAL <br /> <br />Chairman <br />Cass County Commission <br /> <br />Cass County Auditor <br /> <br /> <br />
