Box 3106 <br />Fargo, ND 580108-3106 <br />(701) 236-6700 <br /> <br />BILLING FOR HEALTH SERVICES: <br /> <br />Vehicles: The City of Fargo will provide necessary vehicles, and <br />maintenance on those vehicles, for the staff providing services in the <br />County. A fee of $.365 per mile is the only vehicle cost to Cass County. <br /> <br />B. Annual Budget: <br /> <br />An annual operating budget for Public Health Services of $44f,863 <br />less credits of approximately $25,000 has been submitted to and <br />approved by the Cass County Commission for the reimbursement <br />of the foregoing services for fiscal year 2003. <br /> <br />An annual budget for Correctional Health Care in the amount of <br />$172,786. <br /> <br />Monthly Billings: Fargo Cass Public Health will bill Cass County monthly <br />for actual expenses incurred in providing the foregoing services. A report <br />of activities will be submitted quarterly. <br /> <br />D. Refunds to Cass County: <br /> <br />In the event that funds are obtained from North Dakota State <br />Health Department for aid to local health units (28.7%) will be <br />credited to Cass County in the month received. <br /> <br />Fees received for the following services will also be credited to <br />Cass County on the final billing for each month: rural sewer <br />permits, sewer installer license, water and sewer approvals for loan <br />financing, and North Dakota State Health Depad. ment water and <br />sewer service. Additionally, no administrative fees will be changed <br />against the fees generated by these services. <br /> <br /> <br />
