Box 3106 Fargo, ND 580108-3106 (701) 236-6700 BILLING FOR HEALTH SERVICES: Vehicles: The City of Fargo will provide necessary vehicles, and maintenance on those vehicles, for the staff providing services in the County. A fee of $.365 per mile is the only vehicle cost to Cass County. B. Annual Budget: An annual operating budget for Public Health Services of $44f,863 less credits of approximately $25,000 has been submitted to and approved by the Cass County Commission for the reimbursement of the foregoing services for fiscal year 2003. An annual budget for Correctional Health Care in the amount of $172,786. Monthly Billings: Fargo Cass Public Health will bill Cass County monthly for actual expenses incurred in providing the foregoing services. A report of activities will be submitted quarterly. D. Refunds to Cass County: In the event that funds are obtained from North Dakota State Health Department for aid to local health units (28.7%) will be credited to Cass County in the month received. Fees received for the following services will also be credited to Cass County on the final billing for each month: rural sewer permits, sewer installer license, water and sewer approvals for loan financing, and North Dakota State Health Depad. ment water and sewer service. Additionally, no administrative fees will be changed against the fees generated by these services.
