Box 2806 Fargo, ND 58108 RE: Christianson Holdings LLLP and Osgood Investments LLC Quit Claim Deeds Dear Joyce: As per your request, please find accompanying this letter two (2) quit claim deeds in e-mail format. These deeds are intended to narrow the location of the public drain owned by the county. The public drain runs along the center section line dividing the NEY* and the NW¼ of Section 33, T139, R49W. The current description of the public drain is vague and therefore overly broad, hq order to develop the proper~y, the location of the drain needs to be clarified. Thus, a sttrvey has been completed wb/ch describes the actual location of the drain. The two quit claim deeds release the county's interest in the property located outside the drain. One deed is for the NE'/4, owned by Christianson Holdings LLLP. The other deed is for the NW¼, owned by Osgood Investments, LLC.
