Some examples include: determining allowability of expenditures, maintaining proper supporting documentation, and meeting reporting requirements. As a grant recipient you must comply with the requirement of several OMS Circulars. We have enclosed an OMS Circular Information Guide with your contract, which provides an introduction to the Circulars that govern the administrative and cost principles for your grant. The Circulars are an invaluable source of information about the do's and don'ts of spending grant funds. Our contract requires grant recipients to read the guide and return a signed certification form with the contract. The certification form can be found on the last page of the guide. Sign and detach the certification form. Keep the guide for future reference. The Department will not authorize reimbursement payments prior to receipt of the signed certification.
