Termination <br /> <br />Services for an Eligible Machine, on notice to us (copy to your IBM Business Partner), if you <br /> <br />terminate Se~ces and these are not being replaced by equivalent Se~ces, you may do so by <br />providing us one month's written notice (copy to your IBM Business Partner), after the Services have <br />been covered under this Statement of Work for at least one year.* <br /> <br />9. Satisfaction Guaranfae <br /> <br />If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a Service we provide to you under this <br />Statement of Work, notify us tn whting within one month of the time you first become dissatisfied. We <br />will t~y to resolve the problem to your satisfaction. If we are unable to do so, you will receive a credit <br />equal to the prorated charge for the Service for the period of time you were dissatisfied. <br /> <br />10. ServicaSuite Advanced Service Package <br /> <br />MAINTENANCE SERVICES <br /> <br />Maintenance of IBM Machines <br /> <br />We will provide Service for Machines, as described in our Agreement, for those Eligible IBM <br />Machines specified in the Schedule. <br /> <br />Wan*anty Service Upgrade <br /> <br />For certain Eligible Machines, you may select a Service upgrade from the standard type of warranty <br />Service for the Machine.* <br /> <br />You may not terminate the Service upgrade or transfer it to another Machine dudng the warranty <br />period. When the warranty pebed ends, the Machine will become part of your standard Inventory <br />count and will convert to maintenance Service at the same type of Se~ice you selected for warranty <br />Service upgrade. <br /> <br />**SUPPORT SERVICES <br /> <br />IBMLInk <br /> <br />The following temps apply whenever a Service under this Statement of Work Includes IBMLthk <br />siectmnic access to our databases containing IBM Product support information. <br /> <br />1, provide instructions for accessing the databases: and <br />2, provide user IDs to your designated IBMLink Customer Service Administrator. <br /> <br />You agree to: <br /> <br />1. designate and authorize your users of the IBMLink databases. Yeu may designate only yourself <br /> and your employGes as users; <br />2. assign a user to be the ISMLink Cusfamer Service Administrator (caJled "CSA').
