Upon the recommendation of Richard Offutt, Director of <br />Administrative Services, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded <br />to contract for an energy audit of the Courthouse, Jail and Juvenile <br />Detention Center through the State of North Dakota, at a cost to Cass <br />County not to exceed $1,000.00. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign a letter requesting the City of Fargo to include <br />curb, gutter and street repair on 9th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues <br />South in their 1988 work program, at a cost to the County of $5,400.00. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that <br />Vouchers No. 78675 through No. 79545 and Revenue Sharing Voucher No. <br />488 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the funding <br />schedule submitted by the City of Fargo for the U.S. Custom Service <br />at Hector International Airport, Cass County's share of the cost being <br />$7,500.00 payable on a quarterly. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />A letter was read from States Attorney Robert Hoy requesting <br />the Commission to address the matter of salary adjustments for the <br />attorneys in his office at the Commission' s earliest convenience prior <br />to the end of 1987. <br />On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
