Upon the recommendation of Richard Offutt, Director of Administrative Services, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to contract for an energy audit of the Courthouse, Jail and Juvenile Detention Center through the State of North Dakota, at a cost to Cass County not to exceed $1,000.00. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman be authorized to sign a letter requesting the City of Fargo to include curb, gutter and street repair on 9th Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenues South in their 1988 work program, at a cost to the County of $5,400.00. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded that Vouchers No. 78675 through No. 79545 and Revenue Sharing Voucher No. 488 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the funding schedule submitted by the City of Fargo for the U.S. Custom Service at Hector International Airport, Cass County's share of the cost being $7,500.00 payable on a quarterly. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. A letter was read from States Attorney Robert Hoy requesting the Commission to address the matter of salary adjustments for the attorneys in his office at the Commission' s earliest convenience prior to the end of 1987. On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting was adjourned.
