The Commissioners present or absent were as shown following: Present: Cosgdff, Lane, Lynch, Rayl, Furness, Absent: None. Mayor Furness presiding, Application Filed by Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. for Abatement of 2002 Real Estate Taxes on Wal- Mart Store #1581 and Sam's Club Store #8172 Denied: Commissioner Cosgriff moved, based upon Mr. Hushka's recommendation, that the abatement applications ¢f4223 and f¢4224 to iower the 2002 assessment valuation on the Wal-Mad and Sam's Club properties be denied. Second by Rayl. On call of the roll Commissioners Cosgriff, Rayl, Lynch, Lane and Fumess voted aye. No Commissioner being absent and none voting nay, the motion was declared carried.
