manner of performance of much service, the determination <br />thereof made by the Sheriff of the county shall be final and <br />conclusive as between the parties hereto. <br /> <br />The officers assigned to the city will remain the employees of <br />the County for all purposes, including liability, tax, workers <br />compensation and employee benefits. The County will provide <br />the vehicle and all uniforms, equipment, supplies and training <br />for the officer. <br /> <br />Violations of statutes or ordinances within the jurisdiction <br />of the City Municipal Court will be issued citations for said <br />Court.
