Motion carried. <br />Sheriff Don Rudnick appeared before the Board as Chairman of <br />the Salary Review Committee, and he presented a number of "Salary <br />and Pay Grade Forms" for the Commission's consideration. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the <br />Chairman to sign the forms approving two changes in Pay Grade 2 for <br />the Clerk of District Court's Office. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to grant approval <br />for the hiring of Alana Skogen as County Court Recorder in Pay Grade <br />5 at a salary of $1,205.00 per month and for the hiring of Stephanie <br />Thompson as Probate Clerk of Cass County in Pay Grade 3 at a salary <br />of $900.00 per month. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded to grant approval <br />for hiring Corine Larson as Programmer /Analyst in Pay Grade 12 at <br />a salary of $22,000 per year and for the hiring of Roxanne Friese <br />as Operator /Programmer in Pay Grade 7 at a salary of $1,300 per month <br />in the Data Processsing Department. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to grant approval <br />of requests by County Auditor Ordelle Brua to place Vonnie Rostad <br />in the position of front office supervisor in Pay Grade 7 at a salary <br />of $1,335 per month; and to hire a replacement for Mary Ann Wald in <br />Pay Grade 4 at a salary of $1,100 per month. On roll call vote, the <br />motion carried unanimously. <br />
