Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall <br />seconded that Cass County sponsor an application for Community <br />Development Block Grant funds for 1987 through the Lake Agassiz <br />Regional Council on the same basis as last year. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Data Processing <br />Manager Richard Offutt be authorized to hire Mr. Loyal Opsahl for <br />the position of Programmer /Analyst at a salary of $22,750.00 per year. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to receive and file <br />the Indemnity Bond on Lost Instrument for LaVerne Warren, and authorize <br />the County Auditor to issue a duplicate check. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
