The tn:st change is to allow for loans lkoen a <br />person's 457 account. The second change relates to Qualified Domestic <br />Relations Orders and the availability efthe plan to use them fl~ the <br />distribution of mqsets to an alternate payee. <br /> <br />T am forwarding these amendments to Birch Bm-dick, Cass County <br />States Attorney for review. I would assunze we would want the <br />Persormcl Overview Committee to make a reconunendatiun to the <br />County Commission concerning these two amendmants.
