The date of December 9th at 7:00 P.M. was set for a discussion <br />period between County employees and the County Commission on items <br />of mutual concern. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman be <br />authorized to send a letter to citizens and organizations in the County <br />seeking contributions toward the cost of the bronze County Seal to <br />be installed on the second floor of the Cass County Courthouse. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that the Chairman be <br />authorized to sign the County Deeds for the sale of tax forfeited <br />property which was sold at the November llth annual tax sale. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to cancel the 1985 <br />taxes in the amount of $11.48 on Lot 18, Block 6; Lot 13, Block 6; <br />and Lot 7, Block 5, all in Meadow Brook Park Subdivision, Mapleton <br />Township, which were sold at the annual tax sale. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
