Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Larson seconded that the Chairman <br />be authorized to sign a WINTER AWARENESS PROCLAMATION authorizing <br />all agencies of government, school and other organizations to provide <br />citizens with the appropriate preparedness information for the 1986 -87 <br />winter season. Motion carried. <br />The Chairman declared a recess for a meeting of the Cass County <br />Building Authority and upon reconvening, Mr. Larson moved and Mrs. <br />Stanton seconded to approve Building Authority Action on payment of <br />Disbursement Direction #16 in the amount of $162,205.50. On roll <br />call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve Change <br />Order G -5 in the amount of $1,544.00 for the Courthouse North Wing <br />remodeling. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to approve partial <br />payment No. 5 to Meinecke- Johnson Company in the amount of $7,329.00 <br />and partial payment No. 4 to Dakota Electric Construction in the amount <br />of $3,788.60 on the Courthouse North Wing remodeling. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve partial <br />payment No. 13 to West Fargo Plumbing and Heating in the amount of <br />$589.00 on the Courthouse remodeling. On roll call vote, the motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Larson seconded that Vouchers No. <br />68,582 through No. 69,349 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call <br />vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Regarding correspondence from Elton S. Ruble concerning a real <br />estate tax refund, the Chairman suggested that the Commissioners <br />discuss the matter with the Auditor or Treasurer if they have any <br />questions. <br />On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mrs. Stanton, the meeting <br />was adjourned <br />
