Judge Cynthia Rothe be authorized out of state travel to attend a <br />conference in Duluth, Minnesota, on October 31 through November 1, <br />1985. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Correspondence was received from Assistant States Attorney James <br />Twomey regarding his request to the North Dakota Association of <br />Counties for partial funding to attend a Seminar for Prosecution <br />of Violent Crime on November 10 -14th in San Francisco. The Commission <br />wishes to be advised on the progress of the request for funding, and <br />that Mr. Twomey obtain permission for out of state travel. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to adopt a policy <br />that any County personnel who travel out of state at County expense <br />or on County time must get permission from the Board of County <br />Commissioners. Motion carried unanimously. Mr. Krueger was <br />requested to distribute a memo to all departments on this policy. <br />On motion by Mr. Eckert and seconded by Mr. Sondrall, the meeting <br />was adjourned <br />
