On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to have a Registered <br />Letter sent with a return receipt to the two County employees who <br />have a payroll deduction with Northern Plains Insurance Company <br />notifying them that it will no longer be withheld, effective in two <br />payrolls. This would also include any payroll deductions in the <br />future with less than ten employees participating. On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />Upon the request of Marvin Witt, Executive Vice President of <br />the Red River Valley Fair Association, Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. <br />Sondrall seconded to approve the application for a dance permit for <br />JAM Productions and the Red River Valley Fair for a concert at the <br />Grandstand on August 28, 1985. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert reported that Mr. Rick Burgum, Arthur Farmers <br />Elevator, will not appear today because he found that he does not <br />need County approval for any additions to the anhydrous ammonia <br />facilities. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to receive and file <br />the letter from North Dakota State University concerning the <br />development of a regional incinerator for disposing of municipal and <br />industrial wastes. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to approve the <br />application for a raffle permit for the 45 -45 Homemakers Club to be <br />held on September 10, 1985 at Big Iron at the Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to authorize the <br />Chairman and the Auditor to sign the FINANCING RESOLUTION to effectuate <br />the sale and establish the terms of $750,000.00 Local Governmental <br />Assistance Program Certificates of Indebtedness. <br />On motion by Mrs. Stanton and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting <br />was adjourned. <br />
