to the Red River Valley Fair Association and to Bonanzaville informing <br />them that due to rising costs of insurance which are becoming extremely <br />difficult for the County to pay, any additional facilities or machinery <br />that are to be added at the Fairgrounds or Bonanzaville must be approved <br />by the Cass County Commission prior to the building or acquiring of <br />it. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to receive and file <br />the letter from the office of Attorney General finding the Cass County <br />Jail and Juvenile Detention Center to be in compliance with the intent <br />of North Dakota law and jail rules; and that the Commission commend <br />the Sheriff and the Jail and Juvenile Detention Center personnel. <br />On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br />On motion by Mrs. Stanton and seconded by Mr. Sondrall, the <br />meeting was adjourned. <br />
