Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to send a letter to North Dakota Governor George Sinner requesting him to sign House Bill No. 1005 which provides for full funding of the personal property replacement program. Motion carried unanimously. Attorney Karen Klein presented proposed resolutions for the Riverdale Subdivision, Chrisan and Chrisan 2nd Subdivisions Street Improvement Projects. A public hearing was set for 10:00 A.M., and the Chairman asked if anyone wished to protest the assessments. Hearing none, Mr. Sondrall moved and Mrs. Stanton seconded to adopt the RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT LIST IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1984 -2 Chrisan and Chrisan Second Subdivisions). On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Hearing no protests, Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to adopt the RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT LIST IN STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT 1984 -1 (Riverdale Subdivision). On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Scott Krueger, Administrative Assistant, reported that the Cass County Building Authority met this morning. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded that Ordelle Brua, Cass County Auditor, be approved as a Director of the Cass County Building Authority. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mrs. Stanton moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to adopt the following RESOLUTION APPROVING DOCUMENTS AND INITIAL RESOLUTION OF CASS COUNTY BUILDING AUTHORITY RE: $3,775,000 CASS COUNTY BUILDING AUTHORITY FIRST MORTGAGE REVENUE BONDS SERIES 1985: On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of the County of Cass, North Dakota, has previously passed a resolution approving the Cass County Building Authority, a North Dakota non profit corporation, and approving its directors; and WHEREAS, the Cass County Building Authority has passed an initial resolution concerning the $3,775,000 Cass County Building Authority First Mortgage Revenue Bonds Series 1985; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has reviewed the form of the Ground Lease, Lease, and Mortgage and Indenture of Trust; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners approves the form of the Ground Lease, Lease, and Mortgage and Indenture of Trust attached to this resolution.
