On roll call vote, <br />the motion carried unanimously. <br />Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the <br />following bills for the South Acres and Water District #1: Johnson <br />Construction in the amount of $11,649.20; Moore Engineering in the <br />amount of $3,183.25 for engineering design fees; City of Fargo in <br />the amount of $15,270.00 for sewer and water utilities; Ohnstad, <br />Twichell Law Firm in the amount of $1,825.00 for professional services <br />as attorney for the project; and to approve the payment of $2,500.00 <br />to NoDak Bonds on the Riverdale, Chrisan and Chrisan 2nd Subdivisions <br />Street Improvement Projects. On roll call vote, the motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />On motion by Mr. Sondrall and seconded by Mr. Eckert, the meeting <br />was adjourned <br />
