States Attorney Robert Hoy made an <br />effort to contact Mr. Cornell Kittleson. who presently has this contract. but his telephone has been <br />disconnected. Mr. Hoy then made a telephone call to the insurance company with which Mr. Kittleson <br />indicated that he has insurance coverage but the insurance company stated that they have never written a <br />policy on this. The States Attorney is satisfied that there are enough breaches of the contract that the <br />Commission would not need to give a 60 day notice of termination as stated in the contract. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to cancel the contract with Cornell Kittleson for <br />janitorial services at the Courthouse and Annex effective today. November 28. 1984. and to advise the <br />States Attorney to take the legal steps necessary to notify Mr. Kittleson of this action. On roll call <br />vote. the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Eckert seconded to withhold the November payment to Mr. Kittleson for <br />janitorial services at the Courthouse and the Annex, pending the return of all keys and payment to ,his <br />personnel for actual hours worked. On roll call vote. the moti on carri ed unanimously.
