Arch. disc. prop l Architect Richard Moorhead presented a follow-up of the block schematic design for the proposed Souths ide addn. i southside Courthouse addition, based upon the "South Wing Feasibility Study" dated March 16, 1984. Mr. Wieland moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to approve the expenditure of $1,000.00 to The International Coalition for Land/Water Stewardship from the 1984 County Budget in the Promotional Advertising line item. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Upon the request of Architects Clark, Holman and Moorhead, Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize the Chairman to sign the Certificate of Substantial Completion and request for final payment to the contractor in the amount of $14,614.00 for the Courthouse re-windowing project. The final inspection was made by the Architects, and Mr. Sondrall stated that he is satisfied with the project. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Mr. Eckert moved and Mr. Larson seconded to approve payment to Architects Clark, Holman and Moorhead in the amount of $2,100.82 for fees on the Courthouse re-window project. On roll call vote, the motion ca rried unanimously. ND County Comm. Assn--proposed resolutions Mr. Larson moved and Mr. Sondrall seconded that Scott Krueger, Administrative Assistant, be authorized to submit proposed resolutions to the Resolutions Committee for the North Dakota County Commissioners Association. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. Approval of Bills Mr. Larson mO'led and Mr. Eckert seconded that Vouchers No. 46,751 through No. 47,588 and No. 50,136 through No. 50,160 and Revenue Sharing Vouchers No. 419 through No. 425 be approved and ordered paid. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. On motion by Mr. Larson and seconded by Mr. Wieland, the meeting was adjourned.
