RESOLUTION RECOPJ] <br /> <br /> RESOLL]TtON ALLOWING CLAIMS & ORDEPJNG PAYMENT THEREOF <br /> WHEP, EAS, the County. Auditor, Michael Montptsisir, has audited and the <br />depa~ments have approved the following ciaims against the County of Cass, and have <br />certified that such claims are properly payable by the said County, and that the said <br />County Auditor has verified such claims to be paid and has satisfied himself that such <br />bills and claims are proper charges against the County of Cass; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the County Commissioners of the County <br />of Cass, North Dakota, that the follow(rig bills and c~aims be and thereby are, ordered <br />but paid out of the following funds; <br /> SE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the County Auditor be, and hereby is <br /> authorized and directed to draw warrants for the above ctaims from the respective funds <br /> as herein indicated, and that the County Auditor be, and he hereby is, authorized to <br /> execute and de~Ner such warrants. <br /> The above and foregoing resolution was offered at a regular meeting of the <br /> County Commissioners held on the . day of _, by Commissioner <br /> , who moved its adoption, was seconded by Commissioner <br /> ._, and adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />Ayes: ~ <br />Nays: . <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the resolution was duly declared adopted. <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />County Auditor <br /> <br /> <br />
