While I <br />do plan to take some time off around Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I <br />have a one-week vacation planned in February, I will be unable to get my <br />leave balance down to 30 days before the carryover deadline expires. This <br />is complicated by the legislative session that begins January 3rd and runs <br />for 90 days. <br /> <br /> I would ask that you allow the personnel office to extend my leave <br />balance on the condition that I use the required amount of annual leave no <br />later than August 31,2003.
