Aud. <br /> <br />Cthse. heat loss <br />problem disc. <br /> <br />Letter of thanks <br />to Jail in-mates <br />for painting <br />interior of jail <br /> <br />~.. <br /> <br />Several former Cass County Commissioners were present and along with the present <br />members of the Commission, spoke in recognition and appreciation to Duane Hoehn for his <br />12~ years of service as Cass County Auditor. Mr. Hoehn's resignation is effective <br />October 31, 1983. <br /> <br />Mr. Wieland stated that he has been working with the County's Building and Grounds <br />maintenance men regarding the heat loss problem in the Courthouse. Mr. Larson moved <br />and Mr. Sondrall seconded to authorize the replacement of eight valves at a cost of <br />$184.00, to insulate the pipes leading to the registers and to turn off several registers <br />that are not needed. On roll call vote, the motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />Mr. Sondrall moved and Mr. Wieland seconded to send a letter of thanks to the <br />in-mates in the County Jail who furnished their labor to paint the interior of the jail, <br />and that a copy of the letter be sent to the Court Administrator.
